There are more than 900 Water Boil Advisories in Canada today - artist Ingrid Garcia, Toronto, ON Despite having the greatest amount of freshwater in the world, Canada fails to bring water to all of its population. The Sculpture is a pair of hands holding rain water and a map of Canada with the marjor urban centres carved out, showing where potable water resouces are concentrated.
