City Talk is a municipal newsletter published by the City of Burlington to inform residents about municipal issues, services, programs, projects, and public consultation opportunities.
First published in June 1998, the newsletter was created in response to a desire among residents and businesses for greater communication with local government. Issues typically include messages from the Mayor and members of Council, updates on municipal finances and infrastructure projects, planning and development initiatives, community services, parks and recreation, environmental programs, and local events.
Published at least twice annually, City Talk documents the activities, priorities, and governance of the City of Burlington.
